Aftercare
Fees charged monthly or hourly

Aftercare is available when school is in session for students K5 – 5th (Elementary) and 6th – 12th (Secondary) grades, from dismissal until 6:00 PM, billing begins at 4:00 pm. Monthly fees must be pre-paid by the 10th of each month through FACTS.
For those not enrolled in the aftercare monthly payment plan, each student will be billed hourly. Hourly billing must be paid at the close of each week. Payments must be made through FACTS, separate from your tuition payment.
Snack will be provided during the elementary aftercare program.

Preschool Morning/Afternoon Care Program

Morning/Afternoon care is available when school is in session for all preschool students, from 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM. Monthly fees must be pre-paid by the 10th of each month through FACTS.
For those not enrolled in the aftercare monthly payment plan, each student will be billed hourly. Hourly billing must be paid at the close of each week. Payments must be made through FACTS, separate from your tuition payment.
Snacks will be provided during the aftercare program.

$1.00 per minute charged after 6:00 PM. There is no Afternoon Care available for 3 day VPK Students.
